On this platform, lenders can explore available smart contracts, evaluate borrower credibility based on quantitative data such as payment history, outstanding debts, and current assets. Utilizing this information, lenders can select which borrowers to fund.
Upon funding by lenders through smart contracts, borrowers receive the funds but must create a withdrawal request to access them. Lenders can then review pending withdrawal requests and collectively decide whether to release the funds to the borrower. The borrower, as the creator and administrator of the smart contract, gains access to the borrowed amount only upon the final withdrawal into their digital wallet.
Once withdrawn, the funds are considered borrowed and begin accruing interest at the rate determined when creating the smart contract. It becomes the borrower's responsibility to repay these funds as agreed. Failure to do so can lead to reduced credibility, negative feedback from lenders, and a decline in overall statistics on the platform.
